OPEN GARDEN DAY
Kemble Mill's gardens and grounds are open to the public once a year through the
National Gardens Scheme (NGS).

The garden will be open on
Sunday, 20 June 2010 from 2pm-5pm
.
Delicious teas with home made cakes will be served in the garden and there will also be a plant sale.
Entry is £3.50 per person (under 16s free).
All proceeds from entry fees and plant sales go to the National Gardens Scheme charities and all proceeds from teas go to the Cotswold Care Hospice.
The 13 acre grounds surrounding Kemble Mill consist of:
a formal walled garden with prairie border and rose arch walkways
a formal pond garden with magnolias
an island garden with apple orchard, bog planting and wild woodland walk
River Thames and mill race running through the grounds and gardens
an ornamental kitchen garden
a small woodland of native trees, also occasionally home to Gloucester Old Spot pigs
an 8 acre pasture meadow with free range chickens and Shire horses
a wildflower meadow and newly-planted orchard
adjoining Isis Cottage
